- W, width is the long width of the source or the drain. L, length is the length of the gate.
Mosfet Biasing:
- Fix Vgs.
- Add resistor to source.
Channel Length Modulation:
- Va = 1/x,
- Id = (1/2) * k * (W/L) * (Vgs - Vt)^2 * (1+ xVds)
Question 1:
Design an Amplifier for a circuit with the given conditions:
- Gain = Vo / Vi = 50
- Zin = 10k
- Load Resistance = 3k
